RV, boat, trailer and commercial, industrial and construction vehicles:
Residents are reminded that it is against HOA covenants to store an RV, boat or any recreational vehicle in your driveway. In addition trailers, and commercial, industrial and construction vehicles are not permitted to be habitually parked or parked overnight within the boundary of Thomasson Crossing. This includes lots, common areas and public streets. We understand temporary visits to the household are needed to clean, store items (provisions) for trips and make necessary preparations.

The Thomasson Crossing HOA governing documents outline the community's covenants and restrictions. Any questions or concerns please review your HOA packet (provided with house purchase). Some of these rules regard changes to the exterior of the home, trash cans, lawns, exterior maintenance, frnces, etc.
