Annual meeting 2020
2020 Annual meeting ; date, time and place to be determined
The Board needs YOU!!!
Many of our longtime dedicated board volunteers are moving on to other endeavors in other parts of the country in 2017. Our current and recent volunteers have served 6, 8 or even ten years without the influx of new blood on the board. We urgently need persons in our community to step up and help out and eradicate the apathy that is settling in. You don't have to thank us for being in the board for you, but now is your turn! Volunteer, that is all the thanks we need.
It is really not too much to do, we meet once a month in one fine evening for very short time right here in one of our houses. No traveling, no making reservations, no cost for the meeting place.
All the things related to being in the board are also very light load... the more in the board, the less to do.
Alternative for the volunteer board is paid service. That will raise our annual HOA fee to minimum of $60/month per house (The exact, guaranteed high HOA fee amount is not calculated accurately at the time of writing this). Nothing to get in return for that money but paid service of HOA by a company. Also, getting any changes/upgrades to the looks of the houses will be almost impossible with paid service. The violations will be taken to court easier. Liens will take place faster. Board companies run a tight ship.
Your choice: volunteer, or pay for service.

ANNUAL MEETING 2016
Our Annual Meeting will be held in the Triangle Elementary School cafeteria on 20 October at 19.00
Every property owner in Thomasson Crossing housing area has an opportunity to affect the results of issues we will be voting for in the annual meeting. We have several topics to vote on. Our Architectural Committee with the help of the board members are working on updating our covenants and guidelines. We also need new board members due to moving and other position openings.
We do need to have everyone participating. The meeting place is at school so weather is not an issue; rain or shine, the meeting will take place.
This year we will have very light refreshments served: coffee, water and cookies.
Holiday light competition 2015 winners
First place - Andrea Smith, 3709 Turn Back Trl Second place - John and Dorothy Lazor, 3676 Thomasson Crossing Dr Third place - Francisco and Luchie Paredes, 3708 Thomasson Crossing Dr Congratulations to the winners! Apologies for late posting, but webmaster got pneumonia from breathing fireplace smoke in that foggy air at the night of judging.
I heard our high school zone changed. Can you tell me more?
This residential area has been changed from Forest Park High School to Potomac High School. None of the realtor sites show this change.
What is going on with a Triangle road building?
The Route 1 expansion is complete. There will be a traffic circle by Mary's Flower shop in the future.
Why isn't the Kerrill Road open to traffic from Fuller Heights Rd eastward?
Even though opening the little bit of the unpaved road would make a big difference to our residential area traffic, safety and desirability, this little piece of road is closed due to the high cost of expanding the beginning of the Kerrill Rd to support two way traffic.
Annual Meeting and Picnic was on 19 Sep 2015 from 2pm to 5pm.
This is for ALL the homeowners in our HOA area. Please do come and enjoy hot dogs, hamburgers, desserts and great neighbors! Location is the last cul-de-sac on the end of Kerrill Road by the entrance to Turnback Trail. We need ALL the homeowners to participate, there are several important topics to discuss and vote about.
